Handyman-Air ConditionerLet Have a Life inspect and service the dozens of systems, structures and appliances throughout your home that can degrade over time – avoiding costly repairs and interruption of your already busy lives.

Our specially trained technicians arrange a convenient day each quarter to put your home through its paces. Bonded and insured technicians and helpers arrive at their scheduled time and quickly executed the service schedule for the quarter. At each visit we execute a combination of seasonal readiness services, a rotating set of annual scheduled services and a set of core services required at each of our regular quarterly service calls.

In addition to our 47-point service schedule, your monthly subscription payment accumulates three hours of Handyman time across the year. That’s over a $200 value and can be used all at once or on any number of your regular quarterly service visits. Home Care PM customers who also use our Professional Maid Service get an additional hour of prepaid handyman time and one of our Deep Clean maid services for free each and every year.
